Lisette Sánchez, Attorney
Lisette P. Sánchez Mckinney, was born in the Dominican Republic where she lived with her family the first years of her life. Later, she moved to Puerto Rico where she attended high school and completed her college degree at the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras campus, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Journalism. Lisette continued her studies at the Ponthifical Catholic University of Ponce, where she completed her Doctorate in Law (Juris Doctorate)
Lisette was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in 2013 where she began her career as an Attorney, specializing in Family Law and Immigration. Lisette moved to Tampa Bay in 2014 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015. Since then she has worked directly with the Hispanic community in cases related to Immigration, Criminal Cases, Torts, Workers Compensation, Auto Injury Claims, and Criminal Traffic.
As an immigrant, Attorney Lisette Sánchez, “Su Abogada”, personally identifies herself with the struggle of the Hispanic community. Her main purpose is to be able to represent the rights of the members of her community and to help them obtain a legal status in the United States, just as she did.
Attorney Lisette Sánchez, “Su Abogada”, is a member of the Florida Bar and of the United States District Court; Middle District of Florida. She is also admitted by the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to practice the profession of law and is authorized to practice as an immigration attorney in the 50 states representing her clients before the offices of US Citizenship and Naturalization Services (USCIS) and Immigration courts throughout the nation and Puerto Rico. Lisette is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and of the Hispanic Association of Tampa Lawyers. (Tampa Hispanic Bar Association).
Dayana Rodríguez, Paralegal
Just like you, Dayana is also an immigrant. She was born in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba and emigrated with her family to the United States in search of a better quality of life. Today, Dayana resides in the Tampa Bay area with her husband and two children.
Dayana has more than 10 years of experience in the legal field, therefore she has the necessary knowledge to handle the development of all the stages of the cases we work with at Lisette Sanchez Law, PA. Dayana assists Attorney Lisette Sanchez, “Su Abogada” in the preparation and filing of documents, including motions before the Immigration Court. Due to her vast knowledge in the field of Auto Accident claims, Dayana is responsible for assisting “Su Abogada” in the handling of such claims as a Case Manager.
Dayana is known for providing exceptional Customer Service. As an immigrant, she understands your culture, communicates in your language and does everything possible to make the process of your case feel more enjoyable for you.
